4. Content You Submit
4.4 Content You Submit
Depending on the product(s):
- AICrewDesk: Configurations you set are locally managed. API keys used for AI LLMs are stored securely in your Microsoft Windows Credential Manager (TIERverify does not hold them). Objectives, criteria, and any program deliberation configurations you create are stored in a user database profile if they are saved by the user.
- AIPGDesktop: Prompt, persona, industry, behavioral, and output-tuning settings you configure; data handling follows the same local and saved-profile patterns as other Windows desktop products in this family unless otherwise stated in-product.
- AISimplify: Text you submit for simplification is processed by a third-party AI processing provider. We do not store the content of your simplification requests beyond what is needed to process the request, and the processing provider does not use your data for training.
- TierHire: Organization, job listing, talent/recruiting, and candidate scoring verification data you provide to operate listings and workflows; limited to what is needed for accounts, preferences, and the hiring features you use.
- MIKE: AI model configuration selection (no API keys), persona definition selections, and governance selection inputs you submit for testing and security framework evaluation. Submitted data is processed against TIERverify's internal governance framework repository and is not stored or shared externally.
- MPG: LLM conversation transcripts and model outputs you submit for persona compliance analysis and scoring. Submitted content is analyzed for tonal, behavioral, and semantic alignment against your defined persona parameters. Submitted transcripts are not stored beyond the processing of your request.
